KISHORE DEWANI

Kishore Dewani is a chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a law graduate from Delhi University with over 30 years of experience in corporate law and finance, financial and legal reviews, Contract drafting, reviews and compliance management, audit and due diligence, M&A, debt, equity issues and JVs etc. His experience includes over 8 years heading the legal and secretarial function of a Gurgaon based BPO that predominantly service a Fortune 100 Financial Institution and close to 10 years in the field of corporate finance and laws with a listed company which is one of the leading global supplier of auto springs.

JAGDISH TECKCHANDANI

Jagdish Teckchandani is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with more than 25 years of experience.
